“Really bad customer service and the location is in a very small city”
We arrived at 8pm and the facility was closed. I called multiple times during the day to let know that we will arrive at 8pm, a lady picked up the phone initially and since she did not speak English she hung up. She did not answer my subsequent calls. We went to a near by hotel to rent room for the night and told them the story. The two persons in the reception desk looked at each other shook their heads and laughed. They looked up the owners phone number on google, called her and told her to meet us at the property. We will not stay at this property in the future.
