A fantastic, spacious house just 1 minute from the Beshenyeva Water Park! The house was very clean and had everything we needed - all the dishes, a dishwasher, board games, and toys for the kids. There’s even a wall for children to draw on with chalk, which they absolutely loved. Plenty of parking space. The house was warm and cozy. We stayed just after New Year’s and were pleasantly surprised by a live Christmas tree with decorations - it really added a festive touch. The beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend for families!"

“Little gem next to thermal pools”

Very cozy and spacious. Convenient parking right in front of the cottage. Fully equipped kitchen. We loved the stay and the host. It was so nice of them to have a Xmas tree put up and decorated for us. There is a grocery store close by and very good Koliba. We went in winter so not many restaurants were open. Very nice walks next to the river just outside the cottage.

I was with my family of 5. Very comfortable apartment, place. 200m from the entrance to thermal resort. 30minutes driving to Chopok, Donovaly, 15 minutes to Malina Brdo. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed mattresses. Good pizza place and food store 200m away.

Very comfortable apartments, the apartments have everything you need to stay in long or short time, a very cozy atmosphere, I definitely recommend this place.

Very good attention to details. The cottage had everything you need from towels to different type of vine glasses. Spotlight cleanliness. Very spacious

The house is beautiful, reminds me a bit of my childhood, when I was visiting my grandma at the village. The locations is very good, close to the thermal swimming pools, at the river. From the house uou have an stunning view at the mountains.

“Good equipped two storey apartment with garden”

Cottage is located in great spot of northern Slovakia in quiet village, in the heart of thermal and amusement aqua parks, and ski resorts. It has two apartments with separate entries. Apartment no.1 has small entry hall, vanity room, kitchen and living downstairs, two rooms and bathroom upstairs. Kitchen is very good equipped, rooms are clean. Two toilets are convenient for a family. Nice decent decor all over the cottage, good amount of cleaning resources. Wifi works excellent. We enjoy the terrace, well-maintained gardening, playground for little kids and all exterior amenities. Parking is right direct on the lot. Just few steps to water park Besenova. Also there is a chain grocery store and pizzeria of bad reviews. I recommend bakery & butcher store in Ivachnova.
