This family-run guest house offers charming accommodation in the heart of the Medieval town of Bernkastel-Kues, just a 10-minute walk from the Burg Landshut castle ruins. The Gästehaus am Schloßberg is a beautiful, historic half-timbered building which offers well furnished rooms with modern amenities. Dine in the renowned Rôtisserie Royale, which is furnished in the style of an old abbey. Sample the delicious French and Mediterranean cuisine which is prepared from fresh local ingredients. “Absolutely fantastic accommodation in prime location with great facilities and service!”
The room was much larger than we expected, with a modern, well appointed bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the views from our window were superb (we were staying on the top floor!). Breakfast in the cafe next door (included in the price) was exceptional. I would stay here again.

“Worth a stay.”
Room was amazing. It is nicer than my apartment - I seriously went 'wow' when I walked in (I had the top room in #18). A massive loft apartment overlooking the main street. I was very happy.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and the restaurant is vintage and charming. Private parking was nearby. It was a great value.

The breakfast was excellent! We really enjoed it...and the staff are friendly. The room is very spacious. There's a bedroom small livingroom, and what seems to be a newly renovated bathroom. The location is very good.

The room was large and cosy. This accommodation is in the central town area, so it's easy to hang out there. You can also walk to Landshut Castle.

“A great historical location”
A great location towards the top of the town, making it easy to walk down into the old town and market square. Having a parking space made things a lot easier for us. We were given a large bedroom, a line and an en suite bathroom. There was loads of space and good light from the windows. The street below was quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent!
