“Amazing quiet apartment near the lake”

The apartment looks even better in person. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything that you could need to make a meal. There was complementary beer and sparkling water in the fridge which was perfect after a long walk at the lake. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, the lighting features are really nice and all the details are very thought through. The bed in the bedroom was as well very comfortable, there was a topper on the bed for people who need a softer mattress. The bathroom was very clean, including a bathtub and a shower. The barbecue facilities on the balcony were one of the reasons why we booked the apartment and we were not disappointed. Everything was very clean and taken good care of. The guests that use the grill also need to clean the grill after using it otherwise there is a fee that they are required to pay, but the cleaning was very easy since everything needed for cleaning is provided by the host. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is less then 10 min walking distance from the train station so exploring the area was very convenient. There is also a good bakery nearby. We were very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

American couple staying 2 nights. Excellent stay. Easy coded checkin. Parking spot out front. Home from home feel with every amenity you would need for any length of stay. Immaculately clean and very new, comfortable furnishings and fittings, which were of very nice quality - sheets, towels etc. An AMAZING hot shower! A HUGE TV. I LOVED the added professional touch of a welcome beer and water in the fridge, as well as a small sized milk for complimentary tea or coffee when you show up with only your bags after a long travel day. Close driving distance to Ludwig's Island Palace. Convenient bakery and grocery store 2 minutes walk. Overlooked by houses, no significant view but a good size balcony with barbecue grill - and lots of spices and oils and staples for your cooking use. Well thought out and a pleasure to stay there!

terrific clean new unit. great location, not far from lake. excellent place to walk, ride bikes, BBQ, relax. Nice balcony with grill, sofa, table umbrella, kitchen fully furnished with large appliances. large flat screen, overall unit is excellent. will be glad to stay there again.

Everything it was very nice , very clean, the apartment is well equipped. The view is 10/10. The host are very kind and helpful, was really a pleasure .
