“Not pleasant.”
They dont prevent that there are many sharp steps. A class, boutique hotel DOES NOT require you to give a notice of your check out for them TO CHECK THE ROOM, that is quite for a low-quality hotel! They just provide 1 small pillow per person! While we went to breakfast, the cleaner entered our room, opened a window and took some towels and even left her mobile inside as it rang when we went back to the room, I answered and the caller told me it belonged to the cleaner Lolita. The sheets are cozy for the weather but quite low quality.

Breakfast was great! The food was really good, especially the staff, very friendly! Especially the view outside overlooking the Peña de Bernal, wow! Can’t beat that! I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

“An enchanting relaxing place to stay”
A lovely enchanting, relaxing place to stay with great views and close to town. The hotel has lots of attention to decoration with lovely spaces enjoy, the staff are very helpful, the breakfasts are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again .

“Great choice for Bernal with impressive views”
A thoughtfully decorated hotel with impressive view of the Peña, close to the centre but sufficiently far from all the noise. Rooms are a good size, some with a private terrace (we got an upgrade) and breakfast is abundant. For international travellers, owner doesn’t speak English, not sure about the rest of the staff. Staff is very helpful overall.

The owner is the sweetest, most helpful person (and so is her staff). I really can't say enough good things about this boutique hotel. The breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed the tour they recommended for us, and the beds were comfortable. Can't beat the view! I ordered the romantic package, so the bed came with rose petals and towel swans. So fun!
