“A superb place to stay - high quality in every respect.”
This is a stunning place to stay in every respect. Everything is to such a high standard. The hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect - just wish our french was better so that we could express our appreciation more clearly We definitely plan to stay again in future. If a group wanted to stay it would be a superb choice with so many areas to enjoy. Breakfast was superb. The hosts should be proud of how they have presented this property :)

“Perfect holidays in French Tuscany”
Everything was outstanding, since the arrival to the food or the facilities. We spent some relaxing days here where batteries were fully recharged. The Monestarié built by Diddier & Rebecca is a piece of heaven in the french Tuscany. Special shoutout to their team and specially the guy serving breakfast and dinner

“Spectacular - would love to return!”
We spent wonderful 5 days in this absolute gem of a place. Rebecca and Didier have thought of absolutely everything. The house is decorated to the highest of standards, with much love and care having been put into the restoration of the house. Our room was sublime - extremely comfortable and beautiful, with a massive and very functional bathroom. Everything in our has clearly been chosen for its quality, from the bedding, towels and extremely comfortable bed. We had absolutely lovely breakfasts every morning, with a massive spread of local quality ingredients every day prepared by Rebecca. The hotel amenities are carefully chosen, with extremely well maintained gardens, a delightful pool area and a peaceful inner court. The domaine is situated in a great part of the Tarn region, and Didier had many recommendations for day itineraries and amazing local restaurants. The service was absolutely excellent. We had a wonderful stay and were very sad to leave. This is a gem!

Everything. This is a gem! A beautiful setting. A beautiful building, the welcome and care of the owners. We had a lovely dinner in the courtyard and the breakfast is a delight!

We needed peace and quiet, as a start to the holiday. And the place completely met our expectations. Lovely garden and a fine swimming pool. The breakfast was really good, it was homemade with care. We hope we can visit Rebecca and Didier once again.

“Utterly beautiful, very relaxing, warm & welcoming.”
Rebecca and Didier have created a beautiful place to stay. The setting is so tranquil, and the house impressive and rich in history, without being pretentious. Sympathetically renovated, you can't help but immediately feel relaxed on arrival. We were in one of the apartments which were fabulous- very spacious, comfy beds and luxurious bathrooms. The pool is lovely, and the various seating areas and hideaways in and outside the house mean you can enjoy the place whatever your mood. The Geese add bags of personality and enjoyment to the experience!

Super unique property and very beautifully decorated. Big rooms and bathrooms with great decor and lovely views onto the lake. The communal areas (such as the drawing room and patio) are all well thought through and provide a great space to relax indoors when it’s raining. It’s a real treat for interior design lovers. There is also an album you can look through with old photos of the property which documents all the changes and renovations that have been made to it - very cool! Didier, Rebecca and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and incredibly helpful, it’s clear they are passionate about providing a great service. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property and all meals were fantastic - fresh, local ingredients and home cooked food. The duck stew is a particular highlight.
