“Nice, affordable accomodation, not far from the center.”
Very kind, young staff, always ready to help. The hotels also has a garage. BernWelcoma valid for the entire stay, so we could use public without additional fees.

The best approach of receptionist Michelle to our questions that we have many. She helped us to download Bern Welcome card that was really very useful and nice! Michelle is very kind person. Well, she had failed electricity repaired right away. Super.

Hotel has a garage which you can use at an additional fee and advance booking, we were lucky they were still able to accommodate us. Outside space is beautiful and hotel also has it's own laundry room. All areas are kept in pristine condition, very clean and beautifully decorated. room was very comfortable and spacious and was equipped with anything we could possibly need during our stay. Staff was also super nice and spoke great english.

A simple hotel made excellent by extras such as the library/drinks room and an amazing receptionist who checked us in and provided lots of help in navigating the city and restaurant recommendations.
