We went to a concert to Velodrom and I booked this hotel for our stay. The location was great we were a few minutes away from the concert's location. There are also some restaurants nearby for a quick bite. It perfectly fit our expectations and needs.

“It was a nice stay”
Hotel was comfy and very clean. The staff was kind. The location is a bit far away from main attractions, but the tram and metro lines are directly in front of the hotel so you can reach anywhere with public transportation easily. Overall it was a nice stay.

“Perfect place to stay if you are going to attend event in Velodrome”
We were going to a concert next to the Velodrome. So the location was perfect. The hotel is large, clean and quiet.

“Not a star”
The experience was completely unpleasant from the moment we arrived. We booked the room in December, but the guy at the reception told us that due to the number of guests, we couldn't get the superior double room, but one with push-together single beds. This obviously irritated my partner right away. We were finally given the room we requested. This absolutely didn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning didn't work, the cleanliness wasn't adequate, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower smelled like sewage... in short, everything was very disappointing.
