I recently stayed here with my daughter and had a wonderful experience. The room was quiet and very relaxing. While we encountered a small issue with the heating system, the receptionist was incredibly professional and empathetic; he found a direct solution immediately. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and professional throughout our stay. I visit Berlin regularly and have already stayed here twice—I will definitely continue to choose this hotel for my future visits. Thank you for the excellent service and Happy New Year!

“An average stay”
The room was quite spacious, with a large bed, thick curtains to block out the light, and sockets near the bed. A large bathroom sink, a makeup mirror, nice toiletries.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent. It was decent value for money. The reception handled the overbooking error well by granting me free access to their parking garage and a complementary breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean, there was a complimentary sparkling water and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Good value for money. There are bus stops next to the hotel which can get you to the U-Bahn and city center.
