There was a prepaid breakfast. In fact I was waiting for the waiter for 25min at the table - staff was going back and forth. Thus, I run out of time and was forced to leave without breakfast

There are thefts operating in this hotel. We were robbed, and the theft occurred from one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. What do you think happened when we reported the problem to the reception? Nothing. The hotel staff didn't respond at all. No one investigated, even though there's a 99.9% chance the thieves were hotel staff themselves, because no other outsiders entered the room. The worst part is that the Ritz Carlton Berlin team didn't even apologize for the incident, let alone conduct an investigation or even check the cameras or key system in the room. They didn’t call back or check whether everything is fine or not. Nothing at all. Nothing. Zero actions. As if that's how it should be. Complete indifference and disregard for guests. This is not top-class service from Ritz. I think the owners of the chain need to pay attention to the management of their Berlin hotel and the team working there – this hotel is not worthy of operating under the Ritz Carlton brand. Moreover, the hotel is in dire need of renovation. The cleaning service is very strange – the trash from the other guests is not taken out properly, the bed linens are not changed every day. And yes, the slippers. You should see them – even the cheapest hotels for 50 euros per night have better ones. Ritz Carlton Berlin, it's simply disgraceful! I will never set foot here again.

“Very nice hotel and staff; good location”

The room was fantastic and the staff lovely. I never heard anyone else through the wall, or walking along the corridor. It was very quiet. I particularly liked the amount of free bottled water provided daily in my room; it was generous. I liked the thoughtful provision of a plug adapter; very handy to be able to use mine + the one provided. The glass of fizz when checking in was a really nice gesture.
