“Overall, very pretty, quiet and comfortable, but for the price doesn't meet standards”
I liked that the staff were attentive - when I arrived, they were speedy at checking me in, and offered me a cold drink. Very grateful for that, as it was an incredibly hot day. They provided me with all of the information I needed regarding my stay, checkout, mealtimes etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean; aesthetically, it is a very pretty room. A nice little haven away from the busy streets. I also received a voucher for a free drink at the bar, which was a nice bonus and I got to check in early.

“Wonderful quirky stay, even if a tiny bit of maintenance would go a long way”
We loved the attention for detail in the room, the quirky little things like a bluetooth marshall speaker or an old fashioned phone on a stand to call reception. The location is just perfect for a visit to chique West Berlin. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless.

“Great team, nice hotel and neighbourhood”
The staff were absolutely the best feature of this hotel: a really fantastic team of friendly, smart and helpful people! The hotel design is stylish and clean; the place is well-located, close to public transport and is in a nice neighbourhood, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Also very nice cleaning staff, who were very sweet and clearly doing a fantastic job.

“Good enough but”
Room decor was interesting. This hotel is in a very noisy location, main road in front and train tracks right behind the hotel. Staff is hit and miss. Didn’t try the breakfast as it didn’t look appealing and there are many good places in the area.

“Luxury lifestyle hotel experience”
Great location which was a key factor for our trip. Rooms are very stylish, visually pleasing, and well-equipped. Special thanks for the tea kit which is essential during the cold season at least. You can find many restaurants and a supermarket just across the road. Welcome drink is nice touch!
