The staff was really nice and helpful. They provided basic seasoning, tea and a few kinds of coffee. There were also washing machine capsules and laundry capsules. The best thing was the keyless door. I was given a password for each person, so we never came across the problem with keys.

To get in the apartment, we hadden to use the NUKI APP,which is a very inconvenient was to Grant accessoires to the guests. Firstly,this can only be used with 1 mobile phone,and since i stayed here with a colleagge this was already a initial annoyance,we couldn't do anything apart in our Free time. I also have to keep my mobile phone with me all the time and it most surtenly not run out off battery!this is very uncomfortable!but the biggest surprise was yet to come;after a walk we arrive at the apartment at 9pm and the door no longer opens!!!after a few telephone calls i got the manager on the phone and he came to us after 45min to open the door with a KEY. So we waited in the stairwell for 45min to get into a apartment for which i paid a lot off money. The manager asked me to make a proposal for compensation,which i did,without any response so far... Needless to say,this was a very unpleasant and stressful experience! Otherwise the stay was ok.

There was enough space for group of three. We liked the Apartment and the neighborhood was nice. There was a lot of stores and small restaurants nearby.

Close to shops and restaurants with menys from all over the world. Staying in an appartment like this makes you feel almost like a Berliner and not a tourist. It's not fancy but that's not what we were looking for. Very genuine!

Such a beautiful little place! Handy location, very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Everything you need is there and the staff are an absolute delight, very kind and helpful and excellent English which was a bonus for us.

The bed was broken before we arrived which was clear as it was taped together using duct tape. It broke many times throughout the night and the cleaner had now tried to blame the damage on us when they obviously knew it had happened prior due to the tape. The shower was also broken so was very hard to use as you had to hold the shower head up. The sheets had blood stained on them and there were only hand towels. There were barely any cleaning and kitchen utensils and the flat lacked basic necessities. Overall it was very poor for the price we paid and the condition of the apartment is now being blamed on us. We did leave the floor unswept but there was little we could use to clean it and we simply left the apartment in the state we received.

Enjoyed that we stayed in Berlin Mitte in an old Hinterhause. Flat was comfortable enough, clean with basic amenities and several supermarkets in walking distance. Lots of Street food and good access to public transport.
