Very clean and generally spacious apartment especially the bedroom.

Apartment doesn’t look like in the pictures, floors were dirty, sofa had patches on it, cutlery and dishes had little remains of food. Wooden floors were old. We couldn’t sleep because in upper apartment there was construction and noise from 7:30 in the morning. Also at night you could hear upper neighbors flushing water in toilet. Terrible noise isolation. Also owners before booking said that they usually offer early check in (we said that we can pay extra), but when we paid for the apartment they said that early check in isn’t available. Light switch in bathroom works poorly, when switching on light flickers and you have to push many times so that the light would switch on. Window view -construction garbage

Everything was as expected, we been in winter and the apartment were warm and cozy, the staff was kind and attentive.

The property we had was the one on the ground floor. The floor was dirty and sticky+++. Under the bed, there was loads of dusts. Kitchen - reasonably stocked, had coffee and tea. No microwave. Reasonable utensils. Bedroom - found the mattress very soft with little springs left. Pillows are large and still had body in it. Toilet - it was dark. 2 wall dim bulbs only and the ceiling light doesn’t seem to work? Checking in was ok as was given the code. Sofa bed in the livingroom was firmer and had more life compared to the bedroom one. Location - it is close to the underground, walking distance of about 3-5mins. Groceries also close by. Bear in mind, it’s a bit of a distance from Berlin city centre. The apartment is also located in a rather rough area eg beggars, side sleepers however it was ok with standard precaution. Didn’t feel it was value for money for the amount paid.

Had a really nice stay with some of my friends in Berlin. The rooms are large and there is enough space in the living room. The door opens with a security code, which works great. Communication with the host was also excellent. She helped us very quick. Location is also great. The nearest station is 5 minutes away

.It is a clean apartment, reasonably equipped and the staff is attentive and welcoming. There is a huge supermarket very close by which made it very comfortable.

Great location, everything necessary is very close. Host were fast and trying to resolve a heating problem.

Location is great, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket as well as a 4 minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn/Bus station. Communication with the property manager went smoothly and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all different facilities you might need. Additionally, the well-communicated self check-in/check-out made our arrival and departure very uncomplicated and smooth.

Building in refurbishment where the workers started at 6am, using heavy machinery, including Saturday’s work!! Pictures looks new and clean, but reality it’s old dusty and dark place not even able to open the windows!

It was all very good ...hot and warm...nice and guite place...for 6 person..
