“All in all it was okay but definitely left a sour taste”

The room isn’t for 3 people it’s for 2. A double bed and a sofa bed. So a couple with a child could go but we were 3 grown up adult men. It was very hard to tell from the tactical photos they put up what was what. I genuinely thought we had a living room and bedroom , so basically 1 person had to sleep on the floor with no bedding. I feel that at nearly 900 euros for 5 days was extremely expensive and excessive, the property definitely doesn’t warrant that much and we all feel very hard done to to be honest

Location, Schoneberg it's central but not turistic , for me the best Place to stay in Berlin. Metro 5 minute walking, bus stop 50m from the apartment The Apartment Is really big and have everything you Need Check in super easy

“It was perfect for a short stay!”

The WiFi was not working and we called the call center within the workings hours indicated. The problem was not resolved but we were promissed refunds due to the inconvinience. Also, the radiators were on in June which made the rooms hot and produced a lot of unnecessary noise.

not applicable. I liked the fact that we had a door/window to the inner courtyard. No people above us. The kitchen was small but usable. The bed was fine, but the pillows to bulky. Bathroom was good. The apartment itself was cold on arrival but was warming up fast by a good central heating system. The cleaning team that came in to clean the other apartments was very friendly and helped us out.

In the key retrieval instruction one fundamental explanation was missing on where to find the locker so I had to call in the middle of the night the service to find the keys. The flat was not so clean and the water of the shower was cold, which for autumn in berlin was not funny.

We felt this place gave us good value for our money, and it is in walking distance of the railway station “Suedkreuz”. We had a room in the backyard - which was calm and quiet - except when the garbage cans were picked up at six o’clock Monday morning. The building seems to have a lot of private flats also, which gave us a good experience.
