It was near the stations and also next to a mall, everything was accessible. The hotel was pretty clean and neat

It was superb experience staying there the whole stay was quite comfortable. Kitchen chef was giving very good services, cleaning staff was very good so that's the best place to stay as it was near train station and gesundbrunnen center so one should prefer fo their stay at Ocak Aparthotel. I will give 10/10.

“I do not recommend at all”
I asked for a separated bed, which was approved by the hotel, but we did not get it, we have gotten connected twin bed. The hotel did not react on any message, via booking nor via their own chat. We were not able to find any in-person help. The room was stinky, not too clean, we have even found shaving equipment after previous guests. Not mentioning email with a online check-in option sent to us 24 hours after we were already in the hotel. Very poor management.

“Great choice if the price is comparatively low, since the location is sublime and the hotel is clean”
Location is really awesome, since Berlin Gesundbrunnen station is just outside the door (watch out for the handy footbridge you can find on Google Maps, which leads you straight into the station) and includes both trains, underground and busses. Also liked the very anonymous check-in process which works anytime (after check-in time, strictly, 2pm)
