Clean, comfortable, simple room. Shower worked. Early check-in granted and extra bedding supplied, for which I am grateful. Good location.

“Great modern and clean place”
Clean, modern, private, good located. I stayed there many times and honestly recommend to everyone. Helpful staff, specially Claudia and Rafaela that helped me with checking in and made me feel very welcomed.

“An excellent hotel, good value for money and well located.”
The location is good - right next to the U2 line in Norlendorf Platz for trains to Potsdamer Platz. Close to the gay area if that is your thing. Some good restaurants nearby plus a Lidl for grocery purchases. My room had a microwave which allowed me to cook a meal one evening when I decided to stay in.

“Awful.”
The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling on the first floor, and there was no heating at all (it was 15 C in the room as arrived and tried to turn on heating). I messaged the property, they were responsive, but the heating did not work. They sent someone, while I was away, which resulted in the thermometer working, but having a 17 C maximum, and I found a small heater in the room, which was loud and with such a high ceiling, the warmth lasted for 1 hour maximum.
