“Would recommend !”
Good location just east of centre very near S Bahn Savigny. Large room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Even though our room faced onto the SBahn tracks the triple glazing kept the noise out.

“Disappointing service standards for a 4 star hotel”
The room was a good size for three people sharing and in general, we found reception staff to be helpful and courteous despite the issues we raised during our stay.

“An enjoyable stay.”
The location was spot on, a very short walk to the centre of the Ku-Damm. The Van Gogh bar was excellent, especially the piano man and the bar staff were fantastic and created a great atmosphere. The hotel room was spacious and the shower was great.

Overall the location was good. But the rooms were not the best you could hear the outside noise, not that bad if you can fall sleep easily.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. The staff were friendly, and everything was generally comfortable. However, I would recommend paying closer attention to the quality of toiletries provided in the rooms. The shower gel I received seemed to be heavily diluted with water, to the point where it was not really usable. Improving this small detail would make the experience even better.

“Family City Vacation”
The location is very close to the S-Bahn, great for convenience to access the city, however it remains quite loud. We booked a junior suite for our small family, and they had prepared the couch bed for our toddler to sleep on.

“Great Hotel”
The room was clean and modernly designed. Location is great, you can reach the train station by 4 min walk. The Kurfurstendam street is in 1 min walk distance, there are a lot stores on the street. The staff were very kind and helpful.

“Great staff, great location!”
Location was perfect, near a few S-Bahn lines that took us anywhere we needed to go. Staff were lovely, got us an early check-in which was ideal due to an all-day event that we were attending. Will 100% stay again if in Berlin!
