“Wonderful cosy apartment”

Lovely apartment super close to public transport with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars near by. The pictures don’t do it justice, so spacious, high ceilings and everything you need for a comfortable stay: bath, shower, cooker, plates cutlery dishwasher etc, even the tv has Netflix and prime if you need a cosy night in. Easy to check in and get the key from the safe and to find on google maps also. The only con is that people tend to smoke inside in Berlin and you can sometimes smell smoke in the apartment from people downstairs but I think you would get this everywhere in Berlin as everyone smokes inside and there’s nothing the host can do about it. Other than this small point this is a wonderful apartment and I enjoyed my birthday getaway here so much and I would stay here again when I visit Berlin.

The hosts were fabulous and always accessible. The location is super close to public transport and a bustling high street with supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment has character and feels like a home away from home.

Perfect location for discovering Berlin. Everything is reachable within about 40 minutes by metro. At home, we had everything we needed for daily life. It felt like a vacation at a relative's place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Neukölln! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, with great cafes, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner, making it easy to explore all of Berlin. The host was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the building and the comfortable bed after long days out in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming spot in one of Berlin’s most vibrant neighborhoods!

“Awesome time at Neukölln Central Rixdorf”

It was a very clean and organized apartment. André and Anja were very kind and always answered on time. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable and stress-free stay. It is in an excellent location, a 2-minute' walk to U-Bahn Karl-Marx station, several supermarkets nearby, and great restaurants within walking distance. André provided several guides and tips on exploring Berlin.

We loved the location. Midway between Karl Marx Strasse and Richardstrasse. Felt like being between the new Berlin and the old Berlin. Great restaurant choices and a range of shopping. Supermarkets within minutes. Excellent access to S and U Bahn. Kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. Anja and Andre were very attentive, kind and responsive. We’d stay again!

“Comfortable and spacious for a homely stay in Neukölln”

We loved the space in this property and it is equipped like a real home with everything we needed. The kitchen table is suitable to work from, wifi was good, it’s warm and cozy and the big lounge great for relaxing. Small bedroom is actually very comfortable and practical. So close to the U-bahn and supermarkets/cafes etc. Amazing hosts -flexible and considerate and with great local tips. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

“A very comfortable, well-located apartment”

I'm very glad I chose this one! Well-equipped, spotless, very well-located apartment. Quite elegant with high ceilings and big windows. Two minutes' walk to the U-Bahn, with easy connections all over the city. Turn right out the front door and you're soon in a busy high street; turn left and one of the oldest and more interesting parts of town awaits (google Rixdorf). Surprisingly quiet at night. Secure (but uncovered) bicycle parking out the back. It's more a large studio apartment than a one bedroomer, which might not suit families with older children (the sleeping area is a curtained-off nook off the large living room). Early morning light could be a problem for some in summer - it's not possible to black out the sleeping area completely. The surroundings and especially the staircase are a bit grungy, which might not suit everyone (or might make you feel like you're living in the real Berlin, as it did for me) but the apartment itself is immaculate. There are two flights of stairs with no lift, and there's quite a step into the bath/shower, so it might not suit people with mobility issues. With those caveats I highly recommend this one; the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making their guests comfortable. One of the nicest I've stayed in anywhere!

Very hommy apartment, with more than expected equipment and gadgets. Landlord is very helpful and prepared set of useful info. There are many shops and small restorants near by. Undergraund is very close. Really enjoyed our stay.

Large apt, it has every thing u want, 5mins walk is Uban station and with 1 or 2 stops ur in the center, nice neighbor, with lots of restaurants, most Turkish,

“Beautiful and spacious apartment!”

We were 4 adults staying for 5 nights. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable, extremely well equipped and in a good location. There's even a washing machine and dishwasher, so it's definitely a good place for a long stay. WiFi is excellent. There are 2 big supermarkets a few meters away in the main street, and 2 really good biergartens at walking distance. André gave us great recommendations for places to visit closeby and by the river! If you're curious enough, you will find a lot of tourist guides about Berlin and Germany, which I found very useful :) If you get there by car, you'll find plenty of parking space from Friday to Sunday but few parking space from Monday to Friday (I guess Berliners just leave the town for the weekend), so try to use the public transport during the week. It was such a beautiful stay, absolutely recommended place!!
