The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hotel is close to the train station and Uber Arena, so it’s a great choice if you’re going there for an event.

“Nice, clean and practical hotel!”
It is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and the price was competitive in it’s pricerange. The bar and restaurant are convenient if you don’t want to go out! The nearby Ostbahnhof makes everything very easily accessible.

The room was very spacious and truly was a good space to stay at for a week. I also enjoyed the view from the 8th floor and the location was great. The size of the bed could even be considered a bit too large for two. The bathroom was impeccably clean. Room service has always been excellent, and the rest of the staff has been fantastic, too. We truly enjoyed the restaurant which offers high quality meze style food.

“Bright and comfortable stay in the East Side.”
Comfortable bed soft and firm pillows - great fragrances shower gel/ shampoo and hand soap. Liked the twin multi socket cubes - no struggle charging anything. Welcome large sparkling water and boxes still water; bottle of sparkling fruit drink. Plentiful towels. Local guide books. Mini shop downstairs -and great lobby lounge with workspace and coffee.
