Location, neighborhood, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants close by, very green area around the hotel, to seat and grab a coffee, friendly staff, nice hotel with bistro and restaurant; easy access with bus 249 from Zoo and from there you can take subway, S-Bahn, and other buses to every city attraction.

“It was a good hotel but not good enough for what we paid.”
It was near a bus and a U-Bahn station, due to it was easy to travel everywhere we wanted to go. Also the staff was very friendly and supportive.

“berlin dreams”
the first time in my life I have stayed on that side of the Berlin. Which was amazing, thanks the the dean and all the people working in the hotel. Location is nice, you can find nice restaurants around the hotel and also easy to walk. Rooms are really cozy and relaxed.

The location of the hotel is perfect and it is in a nice part of the city. The bed was comfortable and, when we were able to speak to the staff, they were very nice and helpful.

“We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.”
Room was nice with good natural light, good amount of space. Bed was very comfortable. Nice having a table and chairs. When we had to be moved to a different hotel due to issues with heating/hot water, the reception staff handled the situation very well and we were happy with the outcome.

“Nice hotel lacking some facilities”
Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the shower excellent. The road was pretty quiet and the S-bahn a short walk away. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English (although I can make myself understood in German it is easier if the staff have some English).
