“Definitely a very good option for a short trip”
They are short of staff, but they compensated that with their amazing customer service quality. All of them were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, because we arrived to Berlin Südkreuz Bahnhof the location was very convenient. Another great thing is that even if the rooms didn't have a coffee machine, you could go and get a cup of coffee at the restaurant from morning to some time in the afternoon (I don't remember exactly until what time).

“Very bad!!!”
Because it was Saturday, the prices were very high, and they didn’t even provide slippers in the room. On top of that, the elevators were out of order, so we had to go up and down six floors constantly. We ended up getting more tired at the hotel where we went to rest.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (they even offered me a larger room than the one I'd booked at no extra charge). The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.

“A hotel I'd return to”
There is a Chinese member of staff at reception who is exceptionally warm, friendly and professional. The accommodation facilities are very new, the environment is clean and tidy, and the shower cubicles are spacious. I am very fond of this hotel.

- I traveled to Berlin by train, so I got to the hotel from the main station in 20 minutes by bus - Very simple invoice generation and sending by e-mail - Breakfast is standard and I got a big mug of hot chocolate :-) - Storing and retrieving luggage after check-out is very simple and reliable thanks to a ticket with a number - The room and bathroom were clean and spacious
