HI, Very easy and good instructions to access the building and room. It is a no fuss, clean and simple hotel option with a really good room size. If you are just there to sleep, get ready and are going to be out and about this is perfect.

Nice interior, overall perfect cleanliness, location (close to Alexanderplatz and two tram stops, in a safe area), comfort, convenience, ashtrays on the balconies, nice view even in the backyard, no noisy guests or dogs barking. large bathroom.

Easy access, very comfortable and easy to make drinks/snacks. Room at the back very quiet.

My room had a balcony facing the inner corridor which had great sunsets. The room was clean, comfortable, had everything I needed to cook & sleep really well. Bonus points for the good coffee & large bathtub!

Location is very good; walking distance to both Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Tram station is just in front. Lots of restaurants, cafes and markets in the neighborhood. Spacious, luminious and clean room with kitchenette and french balcony. Comfy beds, nice decoration. Easy entance; quick responses.

Place was easy to find and is really well located, 15 minute walk, or two tram stops and you are at Alexanderplatx a great point to go anywhere in Berlin. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. I liked my view from the 6th floor. Internet worked well and it was mostly quiet in the buidling but of course it depands on the other guests too. If someone is respectful you will sleep rather well :) I did :) even wityh windowns open as of course there is a busy street there but it was not so noise for me. If you prefer take your earplugs and then you will for sure hear nothing. The sound is well isolated though when windows are closed. Also the area offers nice places to go for a dinner or lunch, I reccomend Chinese Kong :)
