“5 star service is easy to appreciate when thing goes smoothly. However,when a problem arises...”
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the service quality was consistent with what one would expect from a five-star hotel. This is why we had always enjoyed staying when we came to Berlin and had every intention of returning in the future. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and until the final day of our stay, our experience had been overwhelmingly positive.

“Lovely hotel with some small niggles.”
The room we stayed in was renovated, spacious and welcoming. We stayed in a King Premium and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and a toddler. The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The Marlene bar was a lovely addition to the hotel. The option of the spa / swimming pool was also welcome. Location was good, particularly if travelling with children. We would stay again but would not take a room on the East wing until this is renovated to the same standard as the West wing.

We loved the jacuzzi and pool would have been good if it was a bit warmer. The room was comfortable and clean.

“Amazing stay, would definitely stay again if we visit Berlin again.”
The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, perfect location for families visiting as it overlooked the zoo. It was in a nice safe neighbourhood, opposite a greek and Italian restaurant. Staff really helpful and the spa facilities were really relaxing.
