The hotel is located in a very good area, we mostly walked to the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly, we got some vouchers for free drinks. The room was nice and we found the little fridge full with drinks from the house.

“Beautiful hotel and staff (with the best small touches)”
I absolutely loved this hotel it was perfect! Room was absolutely perfect and loved the small touches with the slippers and robes and free mini bar fridge !! The rooms were also very good in terms of soundproofing. I find many hotels can be loud and rooms next door can be heard but I didn’t hear a thing during the night in this hotel I had the best sleep !! Everything about the hotel was lovely down to the amazing staff in reception who were so helpful. 2 minute walk from the trams and underground station. I will stay here again when I come back to Berlin

“Would return to Berin only for the breakfast”
The interior design is amazing, I absolutely loved the lobby/breakfast/bar area. The breakfast is fabulous, with a wide range of bread, pastries, nuts and cereals, teas, vegetables etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they seem to enjoy being there for the guests. Unfortunately my stay was too short to check out the rest of the facilities

Breakfast was great with different kind of food. There is something for everyone. Hotel is nice, room was spacious, they are eco friendly so you can choose on which day you wanna clean service. Good location, near metro station. Free mini bar. Free luggage room. We get from this hotel everything we need for 4 days.

I was room 314 which was next to the store room the cleaners used in the morning for large mental trolleys, very noisy when I wanted to sleep in.

“Great location”
Perfect location within walking distance to Berlin hbf & most locations in Berlin. Yummy kebab shop down the road also we got food from there two nights in a row it was that good!! Staff quickly fixed issues we had too & the free mini bar was a bonus!

A comfortable spotless hotel ideally located. The hotel staff are excellent and so friendly. A nice touch was the complemtary soft drink fridge in our room
