Overview
The apartment building is centrally located and close to the Messe Berlin / ICC (1 subway station) and the Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne (4 subway stations) away. Due to the central location and the connection to the subway (U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz) and S-Bahn (S Messe Nord/ICC), the Berlin city center can be reached quickly. The family-run apartment house has rooms of various sizes. All apartments are equipped with cable TV, sitting area, a small breakfast kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes & kettle) and a private bathroom. Our team is looking forward to welcome you in Berlin in our house.

Everything is good. Good location. Good clean room, but old. Everything working inside. Hot water. Tea spot, refrigerator, TV, but no you tube. Near is supermarket rewe, ria transfer money, park.

“Great place for a long stay in Berlin”
Went there for work and the location was excellent, with a great connection to the city centre. Check-in and check-out procedures were hella smooth - I did them both by myself and had no problem at all. Because it was a long stay, it was very handy to have a fridge and microwave in the room, as I could sort myself out food-wise. Bed was also super comfy.

That we have a parking 🅿️ spot once we paid. Which is good but then there were people parking at our parking spot.
