Noises from other guests. You could hear in the middle of the night the doors slamming and people doing lots of noises.

The location and The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived as a group of nine people with five rooms fully booked and prepaid. We had also informed the hotel in advance that one of our group members was pregnant and requested an early check-in, even offering to pay an additional fee for it. Despite this, we were not allowed into any of the rooms even a minute before 3:00 PM. The staff gave the impression that they were deliberately being inflexible. There was absolutely no empathy or willingness to help, and their responses were indifferent throughout. What made the situation even more frustrating was that only 20 minutes before the official check-in time they offered us early access for an extra charge. However, the registration process for our five rooms took more than 20 minutes, and we were only able to enter our rooms shortly after 4:00 PM. This was a very disappointing start to our stay and left a negative impression of the hotel's customer service.cleanliness were definitely excellent.

The air conditioner is very cool in summer, which is suitable for a person with little luggage. Although the room is small, it is basically complete, with tables, chairs and racks. The window is very large and soundproof. deposit free of charge The variety of breakfast is limited, but still ok. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 on weekdays

The property is located in a very comfortable location near the heart of Berlin which makes it amazing for a visiting person to discover this beautiful city with the amazing service from a respectful stuff that speaks perfect English the stay was even more comfortable. The rooms were clean with the TV and all the commodities that you would wouldn’t even expect from three star hotel I highly recommended everyone who is planning to stay just for a couple of days on his budget trip because this option is anyways much better than booking a hostel

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the metro. The stay was very good overall.

Very friendly staff and great location. 15 minutes for Zoologischer garten train station, 3 minutes to metro and bus. The room is very small but we expected that. It was 29 degrees outside and we opened the window during the night but there were a lot of mosquitos.
