“Great choice for a short stay in Berlin (business or tourist).”
The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is limited, but high in quality. There is pretty much everything that you really need for breakfast. The location is excellent, just minutes away from a bustling part of the city, and a major transport hub (connected to other part of Berlin, including just a train ride to the airport).

Superb location, just a few minutes away from train station, with direct connection to airport or city center. Comfortable, clean, perfect. I even got upgrade sicne this was my second stay at the hotel.

Very nice clean hotel, close to excellent coffee shops. The 24h reception staff was very helpful and the room was spotless. I have really enjoyed my stay.

“Staff was the star!”
I chose this hotel because it is close to TU Berlin, but what was positively noticeable that the staff in this hotel is diverse, international and all of them have a pure smile. I found a welcome card with my name, Rooms were warm and clean. Breakfast was good, there were also warm options.

We stayed at this hotel in Berlin during a Christmas family trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city, especially during the festive season. Getting there from the airport was completely hassle-free thanks to the direct train connection, and the station is only about 300 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient even with luggage and kids. What really stood out was the staff: everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for families visiting Berlin, especially around Christmas. We would happily stay here again. 🎄

“Loved it”
Pretty much everything: hotel amenities, room, cleanliness, location- so close to all the transport links. You can take a train from the aiport to Zoologischer Garten and just walk a few minutes to the hotel. Customer service was great. Working AC which is not a given everywhere.
