On the first day we arrived, the room was as cold as outside. We turned all the radiators on maximum, but it still wasn't warm. Only the radiator in the toilet warmed up.

😞😞😞😞😞👿👿👿👿👿😭😭😭😭😭The worse experience in my life with booking.com , i totally regretted for booking HELLE MITTE HOTEL,i checked out 1am only stay for few hours i lodged at room 224 the whole bed full with bedbugs all my entire body was bitten by bedbugs no receptionist it was completely closed nobody to attend to me it’s a very sad 😔 at moment undergoing medical treatment all my body swollen ,first time in my entire life bitten by bedbugs,I regretted,very sad 😔 very bad,and painful it was a horrible and terrible experienced

Good value for money. A lot of restaurants and shopping just outside the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Close to public transportation. We will be back next year!! 😃

The room was very dirty and the bugs made the room not clean. The staff is not good and I don't feel their service, there is no hot water or coffee.and no kettle
