Location was great for easy access to all public transport. Staff were professional and helpful. Food at the hotel was tasty and reasonable. Seating area over looking the river was lovely. Room had everything we look for- seating, table, fridge, kettle and comfortable bed.

I like the location of this hotel, as it is perfect for the purpose of my trips to Berlin. The tram stop I need is right next to the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been satisfied with my stay — but not this time. I appreciate the comfortable beds, the variety of pillows, the presence of a coffee machine with coffee provided, and the daily bottle of water. I would also like to make a special mention of the young dark-haired gentleman at the reception, who was extremely helpful in assisting me with communication with a local optical store.

Very quiet place and modern cozy room. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast. Overall everything is above expectations. And in reality looking exactly the same/even better than photos.

The location in Köpenick is nice, and close to the river. Room was modern and clean. Good tram and other transport connections right outside.

The hotel staff working within the bar and kitchen were nice and polite.

Breakfast was exceptional, appreciated that foods were labelled clearly. Plenty of space to sit in the room, which is rare in many hotels.

Love the quiet location on the river and close to Kopenick old town. The bar area is really great to chill out in. Stayed here many times when it was Penta and it’s actually improved now with more room amenities- room safe, coffee machine etc. out of town but that suited us and Berlin centre is easily accessed by train or bus via spindlersfeld or Kopenick S Bahn
