I had a very comfortable apartment, staff was very helpful and prompt, service for food n drinks was good. Only housekeeping was a little lax in cleaning the room.

“Good hotel, good location, lovely staff but let down by poor wifi and sloppy room cleaning.”
Good cafe downstairs, decent location, with great access to Lime Bikes to get around, a tram stop and U Bahn nearby too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and let me leave my bag before check-in. Clean hotel and rooms, safe area - well, it felt safe to me - and nice rooftop bar to chill out in the afternoon.

“Great location, but beware of loud music”
Great location, don‘t stay at weekends as loud music from their own bar/roof terrace. Staff are friendly but the whole check-in/check-out is rather impersonal (think assisted self-checkin).

We stayed here 8 years ago and had such a great experience we booked again, and we're so pleased to see it was just as good. The rooftop bar is special and we enjoyed that when we arrived. The rest of the hotel is just what you want it to be and the location is excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I received a message to tell me this was successfully cancelled over a live chat on booking.com only to then be charged over £300 for the stay. Had I of known the full amount was going to be taken I would have used what I have paid for. Instead they've cancelled my reservation, charged me for a 3 night stay and then resold my room to someone else. Avoid them.
