“Perfect for a short trip, would love to come visit again”
Good location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Big shout out to Luca who took care of us when we wanted some drinks before sleeping. He made sure to e we’re ok before his shift ended and the bar closed

“Perfect stay!”
Perfect location, everything was clean, kind staff, breakfast had everything one needs, and we could rent bikes to go around the city for a really affordable price, perfect for warm days to go around the city!

“A great, comfortable city break in a good location!”
Location is great - easy walk to attractions / restaurants etc but also quiet and peaceful. Great staff, lovely Dove toiletries in room, comfy beds, blackout curtains, nice bar / snack bar and a little shop in reception for essentials.

Everything was just great. For the short stay in Berlin it’s excellent place. Breakfast was very good in a nice dining room. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I like the idea of cleaning the room every second day - it’s better for environment ;-) (if somebody needs changing towels or cleaning the room every day - it is available - you just have to ask for it :-)

“Wouldn’t stay there again”
Booked a room with 2 single beds but couldn’t get it! I showed the booking, which clearly stated that our room would have 2 single beds, and the receptionist just laughed stating “it’s a regular Booking marketing trick, a lot of people complain every day.” Also, there’s constantly trash left in the hallways from guests’ rooms. It stays there for hours, so the hallways start to stink, very unhygienic. And the breakfast has a poor selection, very boring, the same every day. The only good thing about this place is location.
