Perfect location. Very close to public transport and the city centre. Lots of good restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Rooms were modern & clean

“The location is awesome right on the M2 line minutes away from the Alexanderplatz.”
The cleaning staff members were great. The room was clean, shower was strong with lots of hot water, the bed was comfortable. The AC works well.

“Comfort stay”

“A great place”
A great, well run hotel. Very, very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is tasty with many options to choose from - special mention for mango cubes :-). Gym room is also good, although there is just one threadmill. The location of the hotel is good, with a tram stop right next door. Prenzlauer Berg is a great and interesting neighbourhood. I was visiting Berlin for a concert in the Max-Schmelling-Halle and it took a 20 minutes brisk walk to get there.

The staff (I think her name was Ariana) was amazing. I forgot my cards at the place I visited to do my nails, and the staff helped to organise a taxi to get to the salon before it closed. Also helped me store my luggage and resolved the issue with the room (upgraded the room)

Convenient, clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money. Right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Public transport right in front of the hotel. Supermarkets close by.

Great and friendly staff that went above and beyond to help when I needed something. Super comfy beds and quiet environment in spite of the location (by a large road / crossing). Also very clean, the bathroom and bedroom were spotless.
