“Very nice hotel”

A little too far from central Berlin

the cleaning service has been slamming doors since morning and knocking on the room despite the do not disturb.

Great position. Helpful staff. Restaurants, train station and shopping areas all within walking distance.

The location was amazing.the staff who welcomed us at registration were exceptional.

Really central modern and clean. The Englishman at the bar was a credit to way staff are looked after at the Spanish owned hotel chain.

Good location right by the Kudamm. Comfortable rooms. We had a studio with kitchenette which works great. Nice high ceilings. Friendly staff. It was our second time already. We did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on this. It’s a solid option in the area for good value if you like a bigger room with more space.

On checking out on Sunday 13th April, Reception manager Tom,was so ignorant ,really was not a nice person.

This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely return next time we are in Berlin. The staff are excellent (Marco on reception deserves a special mention) and the room was comfortable and clean. The facilities are great - the sauna and steam room are a real bonus after a hard day exploring Berlin. Breakfast was very good too.

Central beautiful and clean

Only downside was that garage was under maintenance, so we were forced to park on the public one nearby.

Beds are very comfortable, spacious room, big lobby, and it is near a lot of restaurants and 2-3 metro stations. Very good for a city break in Berlin and also the area was quiet. And very fast to arrive at city center (10-15 min)

The hotel was amazing. Very central, clean with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. The room was comfortable, modern and had all you need. It was a 30min drive to the airport, a ten minute walk to the zoo and five minute walk to the sightseeing bus tours. The spa was ok but a little small. Highly recommend staying here.

At hotel check-in, my room should be ready. You do not have the right to make me wait until 16:00. At the time you specify for check-in, the room I paid for must be ready.

The location was great. The room is spacious.
