Big apartment ideally for my group! Nice living room, 2 showers, well equipped kitchen. The communication with Ines was excellent! Definitely 100% recommend! Connect with many train station and BUS, supermarket and parks.

The apartment is very spacious, probably great for a bigger group, super clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

The price-quality ratio was exceptionally pleasant. I love spacious accommodation. It's a large apartment with enough space for a big family. The location is good as well. Ostkreuz station is located in a five minutes walk away, so one can easily achieve Berlin city center. The supermarket Lidl is located in the next building, which is very convenient. I also recommend visiting Neue Bahnhofstrasse in this area with a lot of good restaurants. The last, but not the least - I would like to thank our host, who was always in touch and supported us. P.S. I forgot to mention the gorgeous dining table made of real slab. I love this kind of thing.

Always a great stay here. We have been many times before. Great place for a groups of friends. Close to clubs, kebab and beers are close too. Always really friendly staff and very helpful for any needs.

“Perfect for a group of people”

Great for me and my friends. Very close to a lot of cool bars and clubs.

Check in was great, Ilya waited at the property to let us in and gave us all the information required for the stay. Place was clean, kitchen had all the required utensils. No aircon however there were fans which was enough for us to keep cool. Close to a train station.

Perfect location and facilities, can't wait to stay again soon

The apartment is beautiful. Exactly as you can see in the photos. The location is unique. Large living room with extra large dining table and TV with Netflix, we loved that! Uncomplicated and short check-in, which was completely sufficient. There were enough dishes in the kitchen for everyone. With Nespresso and coffee machines and a basic supply of food (tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper). Location is great between the Spree and Ostkreuz train station. Only 5 minutes on foot to the subway and 3 min. to the grocery store. We parked the car in the East Side Mall parking garage (very close to the apartment). We felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time :)

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds. Heating works great. Supermarket around the corner. Located in a quiet area. 9-minutes walk from the train station, easy to get to the center and the airport by public transport.
