“Nice, comfortable and quiet 😁”
It was very comfortable for our purpose. Me and my colleague, we were at international congress at Berlin. We had everything we needed. It was quiet and you can rest perfectly after work. I suppose it could be a nice place for longer stay. There were groceries and nice restaurants in a walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The lady that was welcoming us was very nice and helpful. Everything was great. Many thanks to the hosts.

The apartment was in a great location, just a short stroll away from the U-bahn, Charlottenburg, a grocery store, and the river. Great facilities, comfortable sofa, TV with Netflix and a nice Nespresso machine. It features two bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. Additionally, a fan is provided :) The staff were professional and attentive. Overall a first class experience - I highly recommend it!

Location was great, quick walk to the U-bahn, a grocery store and restaurants. Next to beautiful Charlottenburg, park and river Spree. Apartment was quiet and clean with a full kitchen. Friendly reception and communication with the staff.

“Unfortunately our stay did not meet expectations”
The property looked similar to the photos and was well-located in being close to the train station. The staff were flexible on check-in time and arrived promptly.

The kettle was not properly maintained. the water were cloudy after boiled, even we washed it so many time. Other pots were not clean neither.

Location was very good: restaurants, cafes and food shop near. Quiet and clean neigbourhood. Good public transportation connections. Next to Charlottenbourg castle and river Spree. Apartment was very quiet, well equipped and clean.
