The location and apartment are great! Check in is really easy and the couch and chairs have been updated (some older reviews mention the couch and chairs). The bed in the smaller room is not that comfortable and the elevator is a little dodgy. But apart from this amazing place, location and stay

Perfectly situated at walking distance from the city center (Alexander Platz/ Museumsinsel) in a safe vibrant area. The appartment is well furnished (including dish washer, washing machine, drying machine), spacious and clean.

“Fabulous apartment”
Initial meeting was good, particularly given it was after 10pm. Leo gave useful info about convenience stores nearby. Location fabulous. Near U8 and M10 transport. Pleasantly surprised to be so close to a section of the wall that people escaped to the west through windows and tunnels Large, very comfortable apartment. Also has a lift which helps with heavy bags Could not fault our stay.

“Given the age of this bldg, I would recommend staying here during summer… TT is if heater does become faulty it’s less”
The apartment was cozy and it was fairly central to get food and not too noisy from the main city centre. Staff were also willing to go out of their way on certain situations to help us out when we had left certain valuables behind upon checking out
