The hostess was very attentive and thoughtful. She made contact ahead of our arrival, stayed in touch with us through out and was there to welcome us when we arrived.

Have stayed here before and this was best check in experience. Andres met us despite our train having been delayed 2 hours and was most welcoming. This is a fantastic appartment overlooking historic canal and was perfect for viewing NYE fireworks and first snow of the season,thanks Andres, we will be back.

We loved this cute apartment in Kreuzberg. The location is just great and the view is awesome. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for a couple. The owner was very friendly and always available to answer our questions. They allowed us to check-in earlier than forseen and we are greatful for that :)

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the apartment. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view, lots of natural light, and fresh air. We didn’t miss anything—the apartment had everything we needed, even though we didn’t use the kitchen much during our stay, as there were many nice cafés and great restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and Inés, who welcomed us, was extremely friendly and communicative. She gave us several great tips for cool places to visit, which we really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time in Berlin and would definitely recommend your place to others. Thanks again, and we hope to book with you again in the future!

Excellent apartment located in tree lined street overlooking the canal in Neukolm. The 6th floor property is serviced by a lift and has a relatively spacious balcony. It is close to many good restaurants and coffee shops as well as the famous Turkish street market. Management went out of their way to smooth our check in process as we had a late flight into Berlin. A very comfortable warm apartment with a well equipped kitchen and good lounge area.

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. The balcony over looking the canal was beautiful and was lovely for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It was a lovely location with so many nice bars and restaurants. Great communication from Moriel for check in /out and she gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area.

Cozy apartment with balcony, kitchen with lots of useful tools, good bathroom with washing machine in an excellent location. The view from the living room and balcony is beautiful and the apartment is close to all cool things this area of Berlin has to offer. The apartment owner is super lovely and helpful.

It had all we needed. The surroundings were green and we saw the Fernsehturm from far. The U-bahn was not far. The contact with GreatStay was excellent.

Apartment was very well equipped. It was close to the metro station.
