Great location, lots of lovely restaurants and bars around. The flat is larger than comparably priced accommodation in Berlin. It was clean, warm, and nicely furnished. There is a beautiful shabby chic ceiling in the living room :)

The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed, little kitchen and bathroom and a living room that was very nice to chill in. We enjoyed our stay here

It was the perfect stay from the beginning to the end. Communication with the staff was a breeze, key hand over super easy and the welcoming very nice. The apartment itself is the perfect place to stay. It's nicely furnished and spacious. The kitchen offer all you need and more. Wifi works perfectly. The location is great. It's central (close to U-Bahn stations: Eisenacherstrasse and Nollendorfplatz) but very quiet. A supermarket is just around the corner. Tipp: There is an artisanal bakery on the opposite side of the street.

I loved the vintage feeling of the apartment especially the kitchen, the bedroom window facing the inner courtyard is a dream, the location is very quiet and close to city center, the ceiling that is special, the host (Lucy) was very nice and relaxed, helpful too.

“Outdated flat, host inflexible about changes to booking”

The flat is very outdated. The bathroom has mold, and the toilet seat is broken. When informing the host about the toilet seat, there was no answer. The sofa bed in the living room was dirty and there were cigarette butts inside the sofa when opening it. There is a.construction site in the house with scaffolding above the living room window. The host was very inflexible about shortening our stay, even when informed several weeks in advance.

Great apartment, very comfortable with all necessary amenities. A good supermarket a few metres away, a fabulous bread shop over the road, metro stations within a few minutes walk, in an excellent location to investigate Berlín.

Location was great on a really nice and calm neighborhood but also with a lot of restaurants/bars/cafes. There is a supermarket on the same street and public transport by metro/bus/train quite near. The apartment was quite nice well equipped with appliances and clean. No problems arranging to get the keys and the host, Juan, was very nice.
