Hotel breakfast was very good, staff were excellent especially Kevin (shout out!) who made our stay much more comfortable. Rooms were spacious and well kept. Sauna was excellent. Location brilliant and close to a tube station. Premium hotel.

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the helpful staff and good location, but the lack of functioning air condition”
The hotel was clean and in a good location. The reception staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel acknowledged the air conditioning issue and offered complimentary breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay, which we appreciated. Staff also tried to arrange portable fans where possible.

Bar menu stopped at 6pm which was too early trying to force people into the restuarant thus paying more.The restaurant was empty the entire evening.Need to change this
