The location within Berlin was excellent with a nice park opposite and deli /bakers downstairs, but more importantly easy to get around by bus/metro. It was clean /freshly renovated inside (they forgot window ledges tho!). Although I did not meet anyone I did have good photograph instructions to key and to entry.

Nice and spacious apartment, in a beautiful tenement. It was clean, the heating worked very well (which we appreciated as it was quite cold outside). Basic equipment, but we found all we needed. Nice district, lovely bakery just behind the corner (open even on Sunday!), convenient parking and for free (!), good location, a few min walk to the bus station, a few more to subway and then 15-25min driving time to the city center (depending where exactly you want to go).

The apartment is in really good area. Downstairs is cafe and pastry shop. Owner who showed the apartment was nice and really welcoming. The apartment was nice and spacious. Good stay for short time.

I needed to check in at night, so I wrote to the host, and he kindly agreed. I received all the instructions on where to pick up the keys via WhatsApp. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the accommodation was very clean. The bed linen was excellent, and there were several blankets available. The kitchen was very clean, and the bathroom was wonderful. The location is absolutely outstanding — a beautiful area in Charlottenburg, just 5 minutes from the U-Bahn station and 8 minutes from the S-Bahn station. We traveled with a two-year-old child and a stroller and didn’t experience any discomfort.

Great location, it was very convenient to get around. Bernd was very accommodating and responsive. He even brought us a fan when we asked as we had a couple of hot days. The bed was very comfortable.
