“My 1st stay, so im alright”
There seems to be lots of dust in the room and I can't help but buy anti allergy for the dust. Not sure if its the lower level but my friend living on the upper floors have no such issues. There was stains on bed when i first check in as well.

can't recommend this hotel enough! I'm scared of elevators so I asked for a room on a lower floor and my wish was granted which I'm very grateful for. the stuff was very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome, the room was clean and very cozy and had everything I needed after having a hellish very stressful trip. the location is great too, there's basically everything you need nearby, grocery shops, bus stations and restaurants. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Berlin again!

The hotel is well communicated. Nearby is 2 U-Bahn stations: circa 5 minutes from U1, U3 - Kurfürdenstraße and circa 10 minutes U2 - Bülowstraße. About 15 minutes walk is also S-Bahn station - Potsdamer Platz. There’s also bus stop (when you have direct bus to Hauptbahnhof) in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and neat. We had 3-people room and it was pretty spacious and comfortable for us. We also ordered breakfast and it was really tasty.

“B&B Potsdamer platz”
The location was first class for us. The price was good. The staff were polite. The room was very clean. And the a/c was excellent.and loved the key code entry to the rooms.

Poor breakfast - There was nothing warm to eat (no scrambled eggs, no sausages, no bacon). Breakfast menu the same every day. Overripe bananas :-( I felt very cold in the breakfast area.

“Clean and affordable place to stay”
Location and price were perfect. It's close to stations, room size and affordability are great. Just 15 min walk from the Philharmonic Hall and Potsdamer Platz, lots of food places nearby, especially Kerb.
