The only smart thing about this hotel is their way to take more money from the guests. After a long flight we were in front of the building bu they did not let us in,I mean even into the building. It was freezing outside, we asked to go at least to reception and talk to someone but they refused. They demanded 30 Euros just to get in the building. That was crazy. I do not recommend for tourists and chill people looking for interaction because there is literally nobody to talk. They only ask for money.

It's not a hotel , there is no one there to talk to . It was not clean the couch in the room is super dirty even changed colour from the dirt. We requested a cot for our baby that never came . We had a check out time and they locked us out while transferring our bags to the car. You had to pass through 3 different doors by code. I wouldn't recommend this place

We liked the discount price we got for a very large, clean, and spacious room. The room was quiet and warm. I liked the high ceilings and old building with flair decorated tastefully. The mattresses were good. They need to rethink the pillows, but I always bring my own! The bed was king sized! The shower was great: it was immediately hot and powerful! There is a café just around the corner. Digital check-in was easy and a very nice woman had called to welcome us, although this is reception-free. We had no problem parking (our long car) very nearby at the weekend.

Nice big room with a large bathroom. Close to Fuggerstraße and other things I was in Berlin for. Was enough for me who was there by myself.
