“really bad experience according to past 20 years the hotels which I had stayed in Berlin.”
cleaning the room was very bad, changing daily towels wasn't be possible, cleaning the main building stairs was also bad, the building lifts were generally not working.

Size and cleanliness of room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Quality of cot bed provided. Luggage storage. Safety deposit box was useful. Fridge and dining table and chairs provided. Code access. Location felt safe and close to transport and zoo.

They have also arranged a small area with coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, and mini milk capsules. There is no physical reception on site, but you can communicate with the staff via WhatsApp, and they are very prompt and efficient. Good location and excellent facilities - check in info very clear and all queries answered promptly. Extra essentials readily available and accommodation felt very secure and safe. Breakfast worth having. Toiletries good quality and plenty of them.

I was in the room on the 2nd floor, and sometimes I could hear a continuous loud bang noise from somewhere. I think this might be the gym downstairs. This might be a problem if you are trying to rest in the room.
