“Convenient location, large room, helpful staff”
- very convenient location. Within a few mins walk from lightrail terminal (byparken/bergen sentrum, direct line to/from airport), 15mins walk to central station for those who want to visit sognefjord and also head to oslo - large room size given this is an apartment accommodation - comfortable shower and cozy room temperature - really helpful staff. Airline lost our luggage and had to send to the hotel on a sunday. We informed reception and this kind lady on duty 31/5/26 night, brought the suitcase to our room (right after courier arrived) in person - lots of restaurants around - within ten mins walk to bryggen and fish market (where the ferry pier is) - speedy wifi - easy to use electric stove and all cutlery/plates etc provided - two elevator, never had to wait for long - washing and drying machine in public area, but we didn't get to use them

This is absolutely the best hotel in Bergen. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, spotless, and decorated in such a stylish way. But most importantly, the staff made our trip truly special. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Very central- easy to get everywhere. Comfy room with nice kitchen. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and did everything they could do to help.
