Fully equipped apartment with everything you need for preparing meals. Quiet location with bus station and grocery store across the street. Very nice and helpful owner. Early check-in and late check-out possible in our case (not requested but proposed by the owner). Balcony with a nice view. Good internet.

Bergen is a great city. The apartment and the host (Ulla) were truly exceptional. The location was great. The host was extremely helpful and the fittings and fixtures are of great quality. All in all the holiday was great and the apartment was faultless.

“Homey aparment in a good location”

The appartment is not as a regular B&B, it's fully equipped and decorated as a livable home. I would like to spend more time in the city just because I was comfortable in the appartment. The host gave clear instruction to find the place, give the keys and provide instructions. The location it's great, walkable distance from town and far enough to avoid tourists crowd, it has 2 supermarkets at door step that helps a lot.

“beyond our wildest dreams”

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at the bus stop by our host who guided us to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything one needs (and more). We loved the heated bathroom floors that allowed us to dry our clothes and shoes after a long stroll in the town or a hike on one of the mountains nearby. (Yes, in Bergen it tends to rain quite a bit.) The "induction" type cooking range was a nice surprise too. (never used one before and it was amazing - easy to use and very convenient)The bedroom was very comfortable and the balcony with a nice view. The internet, the TV and everything else worked like a charm. The apartment is very bright. There is a grocery store within a 2 minutes walk. The host was out of this world. She provided us with maps, advice and information on our arrival. Also, when we were in need of advice or info during our stay, she would answer our emails in a very friendly manner.

This apartment was the jewel in the crown of our trip to Scandinavia. Our lovely host Ulla checked us in and had gave us great local advice. It is a gorgeous sunny apartment with a lovely balcony, great views and everything you could wish for including a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Very peaceful and comfortable. There are two bus stops less than a minute’s walk from the apartment and a supermarket right opposite. We didn’t have a car so just used the buses. Highly recommend, we would come back again in a heartbeat!
