This was a comfortable and convenient stop during our journey. The location worked very well with our travel route, allowing us to reach it without unnecessary detours. Everything matched the description, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the stay went exactly as expected. Looking back, I also realized that the property has a restaurant. Unfortunately, I had overlooked this information when booking, so we spent time looking for food elsewhere. Future guests may want to keep this in mind and take advantage of the facilities available on site.

Facilities where subpar, they were smelly, had nothing in there, seriously underwhelming. Was far from bergen and needs to be better to warrant that price. Would not recommend.

“Cheap in Bergen”

You get what you pay for. This is one of the chepest places in Bergen, therefore, don't be surprised that it is not fancy.

At one point during the evening, the fire alarm went off several times in the camp. You have to pay to use the showers, and I thought that paying would mean a better experience. However, I found it much easier and more pleasant to use the free showers we had in other camps. In this one, either the water wouldn’t turn on at all, or it was impossible to adjust the temperature. Honestly, every time I had to take a shower, I felt anxious, wondering what might go wrong this time.

We stopped here ready for an early start for the airport and so location and value were great. Staff were lovely and room and beds were ready when we arrived.

It was easy to take a bus/tram from the motell to Bergen city center. No cooking equipment but there was a fridge and hot plate in the cabin

Location

Great value and ideal for those who wish to visit Bergen on a budget. Located close to the airport and about 40 minutes from city centre by public transport. Very friendly staff willing to help when issues arise. Be aware that bed linen and showers require an extra charge not included in the room rate.

The location was good, out of the city but close enough to drive or transit into Bergen. It was good value for money for sure!
