Quiet location, very scenic, good place to chill with a beer. The hosts are very attentive and welcoming! would consider staying again when I head back this way; and for the car enthusiasts, Just love those switchback roads, so well maintained....

“Great hotel in a perfect location”
It was a great hotel, in a perfect location for hiking. We had a very comfortable stay and even had a swim in the pool, which was great after a long hike. Breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay again

“Nature & tranquility”
We had a lovely time with the family and the hosts Megan and Paula. The views from the balcony are incredible and we enjoyed sitting there, reading until sunset. Upon request they cooked us a delicious paella and breakfast is plentiful! During our visit there were pastries for sale, I highly recommend trying them!

A great base for people who love nature and like to explore to Spanish village culture. Many sights to see around the hotel and hiking routes. Good value for money!

Amazing location and kind owners. Home made food was very delicious. Can’t recommend this place more, just a perfect stop on your hike in Sierra Nevada mountains.

Lovely Mum and Daughter who run the hotel. Even though they had a temporary emergency in the hotel, they upgraded us to an apartment and nothing was too much trouble.

“Excellent Alpujarran hotel in Berchules.”
Great location, perfect mountain views, light and airy rooms. Food was lovingly prepared with local ingredients and Paula, Megan and Omar went out of their way to make our stay first class. Great base for Las Alpujarras in general and excellent local walking and outdoor activities. Plenty of parking onsite..

Location…simple hotel we have visited many times. Warm welcome and very friendly hosts. It is under new management and is understandably different from our previous trips but we were very comfortable as usual. We were given our favourite room which was a lovely touch. The food was generally very good.
