“Great location & great host”

The location and view from the balcony of the room were fantastic. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet and there’s good bus connections to Berchtesgaden/Königssee and Salzburg (buses every 30-60 minutes). There is also a “WatzMobil” stop very close to the guest house, which is a local on-demand taxi service that is part of the public transport offering, which was very helpful since we did not travel by car. The room itself was nice and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was continental, with various types of bread, ham, cheese and cereal on offer, as well as yoghurt/fruits, juice and coffee. The host, Anton, is very friendly & approachable and gave us tips and guidance about the area and hikes.

Typical Alpine lodge set on a hillside with superb views overlooking the river, mountains and town. The old town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk.

The owner was so kind. He was eager to introduce tourist spots to guests and let them know about the local weather. Amazing surroundings and great views. 15-minute walk to a lovely neighborhood.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable with stunning views from terrace and windows. The host was always available to help and recommend new places to visit. Shout-out to the old lady managing the cosy and charming breakfast room with love and kindness

The location is incredible with an amazing view and the family that owns the place is so nice and made no efforts to make us fell home. They gave us a lot of tips about what to visit. The room is big with a great view and the bathroom as well. The breakfast is delicious with fresh products. I recommend! For sure I'll return.

Anton was a very helpful and friendly host. The breakfast and daily boiled egg was excellent and set us up for the day. The room was lovely and clean, quiet and had a fantastic view. We had our own parking space provided which was very useful.
