“A perfect stop over on the Via Francigena”
The hosts were amazing. We were walking the Via Francigena when we got caught in a very bad storm. They came and picked us up, laundered all our wet clothing, cleaned and dried our boots and gave us a very hearty dinner including homemade hot vegetable soup in front of a lovely warm fireplace. They bent over backwards to ensure we were well looked after. Such amazing and kind people.

“Ideal Via accomodation”
The ideal place to stay overnight on the Via Francigena between Cassio and the Cisa Pass. Completely renovated, super comfy beds, loving host, supper option, good breakfast. Warmly recommended!

This is a marvellous place to stay while hiking along the Via Francigena. The facilities are new and beautifully designed and maintained. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the downstairs bar in the evening and a great breakfast in the morning. The location is very beautiful, with wonderful views. Highly recommended.!

The property was conveniently located on the Via Francigena. Michaela and Giulio were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing offering homemade soup and preserves. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom well appointed, and the facilities modern and clean.

“Familiar and quiet stay in a beautiful location”
I had business near Fornovo and chose this small b&b in the mountains to relax in peace and quiet after work. The owners were very friendly and helpful and always there to meet the needs of their guests. Small but nice. The rooms are functionally furnished. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is great. The pub had a large selection of drinks (several types of beer fresh from the tap). A simple meal was offered every evening. Local specialties were also offered. The breakfast was great, almost everything was homemade. I felt very comfortable in this family atmosphere. I would love to come back.

Right on the Via Francigena, the B&B is recently renovated, the rooms are beautifully fitted out and so functional. The lovely couple that own and manage the B&B are lovely and made me the best diner at their bar.

“A wonderful haven in the mountains.”
Very comfortable bedroom beautifully decorated and clean with fantastic shower. We enjoyed our dinner with fellow guests and the landlady, chatting and trying some beers from the bar. It was definitely a highlight of our trip so far.
