Great outdoor space for kids to explore. The swimming pool is bigger than looks on the photos. The house is clean and well equipped.

The location is super quiet and calm in the Dordogne countryside but less than 5 minutes drive to a well-stocked supermarket, boulangetie etc. Lovely for country walks and close to river for canoeing. The swimming pool was not something we were looking for, but after arriving during the unexpected heatwave of mid-June, it was fantastic to cool off from the 35° afternoon heat! Alain is very helpful, but relaxed and unobtrusive.
